Did you not have a Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebration?
Would you like to learn to lead parts of the service and chant Torah?
If so, an Adult B’nai Mitzvah class is for you! The Rabbis and Cantor have received several requests for a class that would prepare participants to lead services and chant Torah, and that would culminate in the celebration of a group B’nai Mitzvah celebration in Spring, 2017.
To assess interest and determine the best approach for the class, we have scheduled an organizational meeting on Wednesday, 15th June at 6:30pm in The UJC Sanctuary. Please email the UJC office to let us know you are coming.
