Bookhers is a UJC member book club that chooses different novels and works of Jewish/non-Jewish non-fiction to read and discuss. Meetings are held in the Rabbi’s apartment on weekday evenings.

Join us on the 1st Day of Rosh Hashanah to symbolically cast away our sins as we enter the New Year.
Everyone is invited to join us for a festive dinner following Erev Rosh Hashanah Services. The dinner will be held on Sunday, 29th September at 8:30 PM at the Jewish Community Centre. The menu features apples & honey, roasted pumpkin & sweet potato soup, braised beef brisket with roast potatoes, and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream.
